REPACKING & PACKAGING IN CHINA

A Better Pack for Your Next Order

Tell mocmodely how your toys are packed today and what needs to change. Discuss packing requirements alongside your product sourcing and customization project.

START WITH THE PRODUCT

Make Every Packing Change Count

A toy set is more than its outer box. Plan how the pieces, accessories and instructions will arrive together.

Product packaging layouts and protective materials

01 / REVIEW THE CURRENT PACK

Show Us What Needs Improving

Review oversized or damaged cartons and protection needs before changing the pack. Freight savings depend on the final shipment, not simply a smaller box.

For a magnetic building set, photograph the assembled model, loose pieces and every packing layer. Mark anything that must remain together or stay visible.

Preparing labels and components for a product set

02 / DEFINE THE FINISHED SET

Give Each Variant a Clear Reference

Confirm labels, inserts and the contents of each kit before packing begins.

  • Use a distinct SKU for each piece count or design.
  • Identify optional accessories separately.
  • Match the correct instruction sheet to each toy set.
  • Share an approved photo of the complete pack.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE GOODS

Questions About Repacking

Can I keep the original retail box?
Mark the retail box as part of the product in your brief. Explain whether only the shipping carton should change.
Can several toy variants be handled together?
Send a separate reference for each SKU, including its piece count and packing example. We can review them in the same enquiry.
Does repacking include a full product inspection?
Not automatically. Specify the inspection scope separately.
Can I add my own instruction sheet?
Share the correct file and show which set it belongs to. Printing and insertion requirements will be reviewed with your quote.
